Source: DWM The recently introduced Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness Act was passed by a Senate Committee yesterday. The bill, introduced by Sen. Jeanne Shaheen ( D – N.H.) and Rob Portman (R – Ohio), calls for state-based commercial energy-efficiency programs that leverage private financing.
